Pocket Theatre THE ARROW THAT DOES NOT HURT / Cyprus
by Vasilis Mavrogeorgiou
September 21 @ 4:30 pm
Three persons join forces under adverse conditions and combine their intelligence, strength and audacity in order to be able to rescue their fellow citizens. They become friends and dominate in their kingdom. Power blurs their judgment and divides them. At that time, a dragon and a young knight will appear on their way, triggering them to remember their old art – the battle with arrows that do not hurt.
“The arrow that does not hurt” by Vasilis Mavrogeorgiou is staged for the very first time in Cyprus. Four actors perform various parts of a play with humour, drama, imaginative props and costumes, music, dance, battles and dragons! They glorify love and friendship among people and ridicule grudge and meanness.
A performance for both children and adults, with beautiful messages about empathy, directed by Marios Theocharous.
